Administrative Assistant Position

The Church office is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.  This position will report directly to Pastor Clark and is responsible for all clerical tasks related to the church office and act as the first point of contact for the Congregation and visitors.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of high school diploma. B.S/B.A. in Business, Communications, or related field is strongly preferred.  A minimum of one year of clerical experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP) is required.  Experience or familiarity with Pro Presenter, Shepherd’s Staff, and Lutheran Service Builder is strongly preferred. Familiar with church office procedures is strongly preferred. Membership in an LCMS church is strongly preferred.
